My Highest Ninja Challenge (Rocket)

As a team, our goal was to design, construct, and test out a prototype of a rocket to fly a far distance or at least pass the sidewalk, Unfortunately, none of our rockets accomplished that goal. For our first rocket, we put paper to make our cone and body. But the wings were made out of cardboard. We also put crumpled up paper into the middle of the rocket so it could be less light. Lastly, we taped everything up to try to make it secure. We believe it couldn't pass the sidewalk because we made it too heavy. Moving on to our second rocket. It was made in five minutes. It didn’t work that well because we rushed through it. Even though it was built in a short time it actually went farther than our first rocket but it still didn’t reach past the sidewalk. This rocket was made with a magazine-like book for the body of the rocket. Then the cone was paper and the wings were cardboard. In the end, we learned that instead of doing a big almost complex rocket, we should've thought more into what materials would be best and create a more simpler rocket.
